Returns and Exchanges

You may exercise a voluntary right of return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the carrier records delivery to you (“Return Window”).  
2.2 Returns are accepted only when:  
 a) a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number has been issued by PT QIAN YI DIGITAL TECH; and  
 b) the goods satisfy the condition criteria set out in Clause 4.
